Welcome to Share Pet Story Inc., the provider of various apps and services. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our platform. Throughout these Terms, Share Pet Story Inc. will be referred to as “we,” “us,” “our,” or “Share Pet Story.”
“You” refers to the individual accessing or using our Service, or the organization or legal entity on whose behalf such individual is accessing or using our Service, as applicable.
“Service” or “Services” refers to all functionalities we offer through our apps and website.
“User” or “Users” refers to anyone accessing our Service or creating an account on our Platform.
“Affiliates,” “Affiliate,” “Service Provider,” or “Service Providers” refers to third parties we engage to help deliver or maintain the Services offered on our Platform.
Unless otherwise specified, the terms defined above have the same meaning throughout these Terms, whether capitalized or not.
By registering or creating an account, and/or using our Service in any way—whether by visiting our website, using our mobile apps, or downloading our apps—you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any other policies or guidelines we may publish from time to time on our apps and website. These publications, including future updates, will also be referenced collectively as the “Terms.”
We reserve the right to modify these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Community Guidelines, and any other referenced policies or guidelines at our sole discretion, with or without notice. You should review the Terms regularly, as any changes will be reflected by the “Last Updated” date at the top of the Terms, which marks their effective date. If you do not agree to any updates or modifications, you must stop using or accessing our Service. Your continued use or access to our Service will constitute your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Each individual or organization is allowed only one account on our platform. A person authorized and designated by an organization may create an account on that organization’s behalf. When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You also agree to update this information regularly to ensure it remains accurate and complete. Accounts associated with vulgar or obscene names will be terminated, and you may not use a third party’s email address unless authorized to do so on behalf of an organization. We reserve the right to terminate any account associated with a third party’s email address.
In the future, we may require you to verify your account through a phone number you have access to. Failure to comply within the given time frame will result in account termination. Even if you are unaware of the verification request because you did not access the platform during that time, your account may still be deleted. We are not liable for any loss of data, content, or damages as a result. Additionally, accounts that have been inactive for over 365 days may be deleted without prior notice.
You will be required to set a password when creating an account. It is your sole responsibility to keep your password confidential and not disclose it to any third party. If you suspect that someone else knows your password or has accessed your account, you must notify us immediately at support@sharepetstory.com. By creating an account, you agree to be solely responsible for any activities that occur under your account.
You also agree to receive emails and notifications from us. Depending on the functionalities you use, you may also be contacted by third-party businesses. For instance, if you book an appointment with a business advertised on our platform, the business may contact you directly. It is your responsibility to verify any business or advertisement before interacting with their content or links. If you comment on a post or advert, the post author or other users may contact you through private messages. However, we provide tools to block users from sending you messages by using the “More” icon next to their name on your message conversation details page.
Although you may be able to select certain preferences on some of our apps during registration, such as pet types or the types of adverts you would like to see, all users will still be shown some advertisements. We have also provided tools to hide or report any post or advert that violates our Terms of Service.
We reserve the right to deactivate, suspend, or terminate your account at any time, at our sole discretion, if we believe you have violated any provisions of the Terms or if activities under your account negatively affect our service, infringe on third-party rights, or violate laws or regulations. If your account is terminated, we reserve the right to retain any data you submitted to ensure that any future accounts associated with you are also terminated.
If you wish to delete your account, go to the settings section within the app and click the delete button. You will be required to enter your password. Please note that this action is irreversible. Although it may take us some time to complete the deletion process (to ensure the account wasn’t used to violate our terms or any laws), you will no longer be able to use or create another account with the same information that was associated with your former account.
Please think of our community as a place where love, compassion, respect, kindness, and all good virtues thrive. You may not transmit or submit any content that is unlawful or not allowed on our platform.

You agree that you will not attempt to hack our Service, any user account, engage in reverse engineering of our apps, or interfere with our Platform in any way that would have an adverse effect on our Service or in any unlawful manner.
By posting Content to our Platform or advertising on our Platform, you grant us the right and license to use, freely perform, publicly display, amend, reproduce, and distribute such Content on and through our Service. This license includes the right for us to make your Content available to other users of our Service, who may also use your Content subject to these Terms.
In the event that you find someone’s missing pet, you agree not to demand money or any form of reward as a condition to return their pet. If they decide to pick the pet up themselves, or direct you to follow local laws regarding found pets, you must comply. You agree to first contact your local Animal Control Agency or applicable government authority in your jurisdiction before posting any picture or content about the pet you found on our Platform. You acknowledge that we are not liable for any damages that may arise from your choices, and you are solely responsible for the Content posted under your account.
If someone indicates they have found your missing pet, you agree to follow local or applicable laws regarding how to retrieve your pet. You are solely responsible for your safety, and we are not liable for any damages or loss related to your missing pet. You understand and agree that we do not guarantee you will find your pet using our Service. It is your responsibility to verify any information you encounter on our Platform, including other users' Content. You should avoid posting sensitive information in the content you share or in chats.
You are solely responsible for the choices you make and the way you use our Services, including engaging with or meeting other users.
By posting Content or advertising on our Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) You own the Content or have the legal right to use it and grant us the rights and license provided in these Terms, and (b) the posting of your Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, or any other rights of individuals or organizations.
We reserve the right to delete old Content to free up storage space. You understand and agree that even if you delete Content, you may still receive notifications about comments related to that Content, as users may have interacted with it prior to its deletion.
Please note that in some cases, it may take time to remove your images or video files from our storage after receiving a deletion request.
We will take down posts that raise concerns not previously addressed in the Terms or if we receive multiple reports of disturbing content. The number of reports required for us to take down a post is at our sole discretion.
You agree that AI may make mistakes, and you are responsible for verifying any content generated by AI. You agree not to use AI in any harmful or unlawful manner. You also acknowledge that AI-generated content may not meet your expectations and that this is not grounds for requesting refunds of credits or payments. A strong internet connection is required to use our platforms.
Although we back up content regularly, we do not guarantee that there will be no corruption or loss of data, including data from user accounts or content submissions. You agree to maintain copies of any Content you submit to our Platform in a place independent of our Platform. We are not liable for the loss or corruption of any data you submit to our Platform.

In addition to the guidelines for advertisers and other provisions of the Terms, you agree to the following: You agree that you have a physical business location in a public place where customers can legally visit to buy goods and services. An example is a physical store. Online businesses should please use other forms of adverts we offer and not business listings. We reserve the right to recategorize your business listing if we believe it is wrongly categorized. For example, if you indicate that you offer a veterinary service whereas your business is actually a pet hotel, then we will recategorize your business listing as a pet hotel. By listing or advertising, you agree that you have the legal right to display or publish the content you are submitting. Be aware that we reserve the right to take down any content without advance notice if we receive a copyright complaint that is found to be valid, in which case there will be no refunds. By advertising, you agree that we will temporarily take down your advert if we get multiple reports that it violates our advert policy while we investigate it. Furthermore, you agree that if your advert is found to have violated our policy or terms of service, we will permanently remove such advert from our platform, and there shall be no refunds or compensation of any sort. Additionally, we may deactivate your account and permanently remove you from our platform and may report and turn in your data to law enforcement. You agree that users will not be able to see your business listing once your payment expires. Although we may send you reminders about your expiring or expired business listing, we recommend you take note of your business listing expiration date and renew promptly.
As a user of Share Pet Story, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
Users also agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Any misuse or fraudulent activity may result in termination of your account.
Share Pet Story offers various quizzes and AI-generated content as part of our services. While we strive to provide accurate information, we are not responsible for any inaccuracies in quizzes, answers, or AI content. Users acknowledge that AI systems may produce incorrect or incomplete results. The platform assumes no liability for any damages or losses arising from reliance on such content.
Users are responsible for verifying quiz information with their chosen experts, and Share Pet Story shall not be liable for any harm resulting from using quiz results or engaging with AI-generated content.
By participating in any contests on Share Pet Story, users agree to comply with our Contest Rules. We reserve the right to disqualify participants who attempt to manipulate the process.
In the event of a tie in any contest, the platform’s system will automatically select a winner based on a pre-determined process.
All content on Share Pet Story, including logos, graphics, text, and software, is the intellectual property of Share Pet Story or its licensors. You are prohibited from using, copying, or distributing any of the platform's content without prior written consent from us.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. It is our policy to respond to any claim that content posted on our platform infringes a copyright or other intellectual property rights of any person or group of persons.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized on behalf of one, and you believe that the copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement through our service, you must submit your notice in writing to our attention via email at paul@sharepetstory.com. Your notice should include a detailed description of the alleged infringement.
You may be held accountable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) for misrepresenting that any content is infringing on your copyright.
You may submit a notification pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing our Copyright Agent with the following information in writing (see 17 U.S.C 512(c)(3) for further detail):
Upon receipt of your notification, we will take any action, in our sole discretion, we deem appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from our service. You understand and agree that we do not settle disputes between you and any third party.
Your use of Share Pet Story is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using our platform, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
Some features of Share Pet Story may be subject to payment, subscription, or membership fees. All payments are processed securely, and users agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of the paid service.
In the event of any damages that You might incur, the entire liability of the Share Pet Story Inc. and any of its affiliates under any provision of this Terms and your exclusive remedy for all of the foregoing shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through our Service or 100 USD if You haven't purchased anything through our Service. To the full extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Share Pet Story Inc. or its affiliates be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, damages to device, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use our Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with our Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if we or our affiliates have been advised or are aware of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose. You agree that you are solely responsible for any Mobile charges that apply to your use of our service including but not limited to data charges and text-messaging. You agree to ask your service provider what those charges maybe if you are not sure before using our Service.
In the event of any disputes related to your use of the platform, you agree to first contact us to resolve the issue informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be handled through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law. You waive your right to pursue legal action through court systems or participate in a class action lawsuit.
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that We shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such websites or services. We recommend that you read the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that You visit.
You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide to Share Pet Story Inc. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such Feedback without restriction.
We may deactivate, terminate or suspend Your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if You breach these Terms of Service. You agree that upon termination, your right to use our Service will cease immediately. You agree that we and users are free to continue sharing or use any Content you posted on our Platform prior to termination. You also agree that you may or may not get any email or notification from us after termination.
Our Service is provided to You "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, we, and on behalf of our Affiliates expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, with respect to our Service, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and warranties that may arise out of course of dealing, course of performance, usage or any transactions. Without limitation to the foregoing, we provide no warranty or undertaking, and make no representation of any kind that our Service will meet Your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, hardware, applications, systems or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards or be error free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected. Without limiting the foregoing, neither Share Pet Story Inc. nor any of our Affiliates make any representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied: (a) as to the operation or availability of our Service, or the information, content, and materials or products included thereon; (b) that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (c) as to the accuracy or reliability of any information or content provided through our Service; or (d) that our Service, its servers, the content, or e-mails sent from or on behalf of the Company are free of viruses. You are solely responsible for the security of your device including any anti-virus to protect your device. Given that some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain types of warranties or limitations on applicable statutory rights of a consumer, some or all of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you. But in such a case the exclusions and limitations set forth in this section shall be applied to the greatest extent enforceable under applicable law.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform will be resolved in accordance with U.S. law. By using our platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in a U.S. jurisdiction chosen by the company at its discretion, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
